If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund by following these steps:
E-mail your return request to info[at]limajewel.com within 14 days of the receipt of the product date, and we will reply to you with instructions on where to send your product.
Post your return item back to us — with a tracking number — within 7 days after we send you the address of return. Please keep this tracking number until we confirm that we have received your return item.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the return item minus shipping cost and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Once we receive the return item, please allow approximately 7 days for the return to be processed.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including the pouch that you received your product in. Only unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, makeup stains, etc.), and unused items can be returned. Items returned to us in an unsellable condition will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your charge.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable. If you send a sale item back to us, it will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your charge.
If you would like to exchange an item, you must place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Then you must return your original purchase by following the steps listed above. Please be sure to write your new order number on the return form.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the return item and send you a confirmation email.
For the first exchange, we will also process a refund for the cost of standard shipping (). In the event of an additional exchange, all shipping charges will apply to the customer.
For any return or exchange, the shipping cost of the return item will be at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that import fees are never refundable.

Despite our best efforts, items on our Site may occasionally be mispriced. LIMA Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. LIMA Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, LIMA Jewelry shall promptly credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
